Refund policy
At The Gingerbread Pan, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Refund Eligibility
- Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used/ Items without Tag: Used items, items without tags, opened items cannot be returned.
- Custom Products: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Free Gifts: Items received as a free gift with a purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Errors: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and must also meet the return conditions mentioned above.
